Electrixx Biographie:
As the two sound designers, Marph and Erikk met in 2003 at a party in Berlin, it was clear that the sound and chemistry will harmonize – The Electrixx project was born in only (just)one night! None of them could believe that their idea about of a joint project will be so sucessfull. Apart of other projects, which both run individually, the Electrixx project emerged more and more. The first release, Rockers EP, was made of only 500 pieces and sold out in just 3 weeks without a distributer. For both musicians it was clear that there must be one label which can offer more possibilities. Marph is the man for the clear sound. He trained his ears with Classic music and a mix is complete when the sound is perfectly clear. Through many smaller projects with other artists, orderproductions, projects for ‘Jamba! Software’ and with advertising companies, he gained even more production skills.

Erikk knows sound and business. As a DJ, producer and organizer of innumerable parties, he knows very well what people want to hear, how sound works and how to present the project of Electrixx the best way. His experiences as a DJ are indispensable for each Electrixx track. It was clear when their first hit - Frequenzstoerung was published, their hobby would not be only a hobby anymore, it became was about to become a real job. In all online stores their tune was in top 10, in the ECC and Dance Charts, also too.

They started to recieve lots of booking requests which were hard to master. Without a break they continued the hard working production and the concept came up. One month later the Techno House bomb, Turn around Baby, was already released. Their self-willed charm ‘Turn around Baby’ conquered the playlists of many well known DJ’s. Next release, Chainsaw Massacre, was sold out in just 2 weeks with 1500 vinyls. This track was taken into German Dance Charts at position 24, followed by 1st place at the user charts on Web-Records.com and many important DJ’s like Moguai and Blank & Jones put it on their playlist at number one for some weeks. In the meantime, many tracks were remixed. With the publication of ‘Dago – Bushes’ and ‘Stereofunk – Genau So’, they also made a purchase-strong mix. Freakshow EP processes and unites the beautiful experiences of the last years whether live acts or private shows, and proves that Electrixx haven..t lost their fresh sound. It is interesting to look at the bookings of this two young guys: Brazil, Italy, Ukrain, Malta, Hungary, Belgium, UK, Croatia, Agentinia Mexico…

They travelled around the globe and have to present their own sound.This year was very successful as well and full of accomplishments for Electrixx because they have enough fresh energy for the new ‘Prime-Time-Sound’. At the end of 2006, they achieved the break through and they came up with ‘Backstage Bitch EP’ on ‘Karatemusik’ in the World Wide Sale Charts for 5 weeks at position no.1. They sold out more than 5 editions in only 4 weeks. Miles Dyson from ‘Plasmapool’ kindly helped Electrixx and they found their own label named ‘Suicide Robot’ in January 2007.
