Chris Evans with extra ordinary abilities. Don’t expect too much, but this could be a nice scifi buster.

The action packed sci-fi thriller involves a group of young American ex-pats with telekinetic and clairvoyant abilities, hiding from a clandestine U.S. government agency. Optimus prime should help me! Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen’s trailer is here. I already watched Transformers on TV when i was a kid. It was a comic and we got the episodes over sky channel (later replaced with eurosport) in original english. As a kid i did not understand much english, maybe just the word Transformers but i was fascinated about the geeky way robots fasten transforms into cars or helicopters and the dark massive voices from the robots. Satellite TV enabled us to watch a universe full of action beside boring but pedagogic correct Lila Launebär on RTL or “Niclas the youngster from flandan” on ORF.

Like 2years before this trailer tells us not much about the plot. If Michael Bay and his crew did a good job we can also expect for the secound part a pulsating mission to save the world together with the autobots.

Summer 2009 in cinemas or on your torrent network of choice.

Watched the movie “Slumdog Millionaire” and we say yep it’s a nice one. You should watch this independent production from Regisseurs Danny Boyle (”Trainspotting”) not only because this movie won all 4 categories at the golden globe awards. No no my friend, you should watch this movie because it has a good heardbreaking story and strong 45° camera angles. More this movie tells us how different India is and how equal and modern it becomes. Fun and terrifying to see this well known TV-Show in India in this context. The bad news first, after Spiderman, Fantastic4, Hulk and Batman, the big majors pushing also in 2009 more superheroes onto screen. Here we can see the movie trailer WATCHMAN. I think this concept of adaptations of novels is approved for majors to give the fans a good mood but do we feel exciting enough to run into the cinema? Don’t get me wrong, i like the old comics and they did a great job over the last century but it feels a bit unimaginative to see one comic remake after each other on the big screen over the next years.
