Kim Ann Foxman singer at Hercules & Love Affair, DJane, Schmuckdesignerin and now on solo projects, shows us on her first release how Fresh Old school sounds. “Creature” remembers me about Chicago House and it’s deepness and sensitive Vocals. Superpitcher released a vid for the new 12″ Rabbits In A Hurry, or is this better titled for a short movie? Very nice done from Marco dos Santos walked “the lonely boy” through the lonely black/white Paris. Anthony Rother - Big Boys

We call em the big boys - heard yesterday night on an electro partey. It’s quiet some years ago when Anthony Rother released “Popkiller”. Now in 2010 (28th of May) “Popkiller II” is out, hold in the same style as the forerunner. Rother is electro “Urgestein” from Frankfurt > (Cocoon Label Germany). Related to an interview on RA he is producing on big and heavy machines like:

Clavia Nord MicroModular - MIDI control keyboard

Laptop running Cubase 3.0.5 – his sequencer, he uses the old version because it’s reliable

Drum controller
Access Virus – analog synth
Pioneer EFX-500 – the effects unit is also the final output
