1.) We send out Dexflu.eu T-Shirts worldwide! Just start your checkout and our system will show you the exact shipping costs or check our worldwide shipping table.
After we recieve your order it takes around 48hours and the shirts are leaving our office. In our online store you can pay with money order (you transfer the money first to our bank account) or Paypal (credit card). 2.) Orders that have been placed are handled AFTER we received your payment, if we don‘t receive the payment, the order will not be sent. 3.) Please give in your order number when you pay by money order. 4.) We will swap over any tee for a new size provided that the tee is unworn, in as new condition. All you need to pay is the shipping costs for the new replacement tee. Its that easy. Dexflu unconditionally guarantees all products we sell to be free from defects of workmanship. If you are dissatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item, you may tell us via email within 7 days, return it and choose an item in another size or color. We must recieve your backsending in 14 days of when you receive your order.
Please note that after the 14-day period, we will no longer accept returns. You have to pay the return shipping costs.
If we sent you the wrong shirt please send it back and we will reimburse you for normal shipping. 5.) When making a return, we urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Once we receive the shirt back, we send you a replacement shirt (exchange). 6.) If you would like a refund or exchange, you must get a Return Authorization Number by emailing our service, write the number on the back of your original invoice and enclose with your return. 7.) Please realize that sometimes shirts are going to shrink some in hot water. If you try on a shirt and it‘s snug *before* you wash it, please return it for the next largest size. Please do not wash it and then return it. Items that have been laundered or altered cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. If you try on the shirt and it fits right, you can keep it at that size by washing in cold water and line drying or drying flat. Putting the shirt in the dryer will cause it to shrink.
